Wedding reception in garden?

My friend is getting married and wants her reception to be held in her own garden. Trouble is her garden is a bit drab and plantless. Is there such a thing as a company who will go in and loan you plants especially for the big day? Someone who will 'dress' your garden and collect the plants after the event?
