Do you think being a Coxswain is the easiest way to win an Olympic medal?

In rowing, the Coxswain is the small person who sits at the stern of the boat motivating the rowers, and coordinating the rhythm and power of the rowers. If the rowing crew wins the race, the Coxswain also gets a gold medal. Do you think this is the easiest way (in any Olympic sport) to win a medal at the Olympics?
