I want to be a vigilante?

I'm a rebellious teenager, but not the type that you know has piercings and tattoos and gets into constant trouble I'm just a good, crime hating rebellious guy whose had a ton of mental pain in his life. I want to become a vigilante in the corrupt near-future. Anyone else? Any tips? Advice? Am I a bad person for doin this? Or am I one of the few that realize how corrupt our police system is and will be in the muggy, post-apocaliptic(sp?) future?
