PHP? I need help editing a website. How do I do this?

I'm setting up a website, it's a one-pager and I have the one file ready (index.html). I know absolutely nothing about this but I realized i need to change one picture on that page, and I was wondering how I could do this myself without having to pay someone to do it again for something so simple. Any suggestions?
