Misdemeanor at age 16...results in termination from job....question?

Yeah it was stupid, but you know that. It won't affect your brother or your dad, and shouldn't affect you after you turn 18 since you're still a minor now. And Arby's might find out. They can't do a credit check though on a minor, you don't have a credit rating yet.
