How old is too old for people to have fun with their hair and overall look??

no age is too old to experiment with one's hair or overall look. i don't think people should have to stop expressing themselves at any certain age...just doesn't make sense. i think each person should go with the look they prefer, as long as they are not looking clownish, freakish, or scary.
