Does Viz media even have rights to dub Naruto shipuden yet if not when?

I have no idea. There was some kinda video on YouTube. The person who recorded the video's dad works at Cartoon Network, and there was loud music in the background but if you listen closely, you can hear Hinata saying "Oh, Naruto!" In the background! You may not hear it though. Sorry, I can't find the link to the video! But, I don't think that they are doing it anytime soon. That may have been the girl saying Oh Naruto.
