Collection of Scary Children's Stories - Please help me find it!?

These stories are by Ann McGovern ("The Velvet Ribbon" and J.B. Stamper ("The Jigsaw Puzzle"). I could not find any info on the time machine one. Check out the first link; I wonder if these are the collections: Tales for the Midnight Hour and Night Frights: Thirteen Scary Stories. If not, they sound interesting anyway. If you liked the collection, then you may like other works by its authors.
